Located in the heart of Casablanca's Maârif district, the Twin Center stands proudly at the intersection of Zerktouni and Al Massira Al Khadra boulevards. Opened in 1998, this iconic complex comprises two 115-meter-high twin towers, each with 28 floors, making them the tallest office buildings in Morocco.
The Twin Center houses a five-story shopping mall, once the largest in Africa until the opening of Morocco Mall. It offers a variety of shops, a Marjane Market supermarket, and offices spanning 93,000 m². While Tower A houses the mall and businesses, Tower B houses the Kenzi Tower, a 5-star hotel.
Designed by architects Ricardo Bofill and Élie Mouyal, the Twin Center is today an essential visual landmark offering one of the best panoramic views of Casablanca.
