A garden that bears the scars of its past...
The Isesco Garden has a long history dating back to the early twentieth century. This park was named in honor of the British merchant Murdoch and was inaugurated in 1907. It was originally included in the first urban development, growth, and expansion plan for Casablanca, drawn up by engineer Albert Tardif in 1912. This beautiful Casablanca garden has seen better days after many years of splendor. It became a scourge for the city after being abandoned, serving as a refuge for tramps and delinquents. It wasn't until 2006 that the garden regained its former splendor.
