MOROCCAN WEDDING DINNER

Organize a party similar to the celebration dinners of a Moroccan wedding! Two (or more) members of your group will be chosen to play the newlyweds.

In Morocco, the celebration of a wedding involves several preparatory stages such as the traditional bath, the henna ceremony, the proposal ceremony, but the highlight is undoubtedly the celebration evening where all relatives are invited to share the happiness of the newlyweds.

A vibrant evening where everyone dresses in their finest attire, dances, and enjoys a sumptuous traditional meal. The bride and groom make several entrances throughout the evening in different traditional outfits, assisted and accompanied by a troupe of porters, musicians, and the "Ngafet," who are the guardians of the ceremonial etiquette and the proper wearing of costumes and attire (which they may lend to the couple). Traditional entertainment, drawn from Moroccan traditions and folklore, including live orchestras, continues throughout the evening. This dinner is held either in large private homes, specialized function rooms, or a hotel ballroom. A contemporary DJ can then close the evening on a more relaxed note.
