Parc Sindibad - VISIT CASABLANCA

Live the Casablanca-Settat experience

The new Sindibad includes a 30,000-seat amusement park, a wildlife park, an ecological park, and a leisure forest. It also includes a residential component and a tertiary activity site (shops and services). The entire project occupies 70 hectares.

An archaeological and well-thought-out structure that can accommodate an infinite number of people between family and friends, or even couples to spend memorable moments.

This area includes mid-rise structures with high-rise apartments ranging in size from 80 to 150 m2, as well as two taller buildings at the upper and lower ends of the area.

In addition to these structures, the residential area includes a 4-hectare archaeological park. This houses a museum and preserves the archaeological site of the old quarries, where excavations are also underway.

The commercial zone, located near the entrance to the leisure park, covers 4 hectares and is expected to accommodate shops and hotels.

A theater of a daily procession

A massive, wide door, adorned with all the flags of the world, immediately leads to an aisle that can hold 30,000 people. The attractions are accessed by crossing an esplanade. The Enchanted Island, Monsters and Wonders, Lost Kingdoms, the World of Illusion, and the World of Waters are the five worlds into which these attractions are divided. The public is sure to find what they need, from old classics like distorting mirrors to the latest, like Vertimotion.

You'll find species from all over the world in a magical outdoor zoo.

A zoo will be included in the leisure area, in addition to the amusement park. Around a hundred species from around the world will be able to be observed in their natural habitat, with the cherry on top... freedom.

On five islands, visitors can see tigers, gibbons (a family of monkeys found in the tropics of China and Thailand), red pandas, capybaras (giant rodents), and fennec foxes roaming freely in their natural habitat, thanks to small boats. An ecological park is being created to complement the zoo.

A journey of spices and wood aromas

According to its designers, it will allow visitors to discover rare plant species through a thematic botanical trail called the "spice and wood aroma trail."

It's worth noting that this area was designed by Atelier Philippe Madec, a renowned architectural group specializing in sustainable construction. The plans for the project's residential sector, aptly named "Sustainable Neighborhoods of Sindibad," were also created by the same firm.

Quality creators and designers who have succeeded in building a wonderful space within the economic capital.

The centerpiece of the project is the 32-hectare amusement park, awash with superlatives. Compagnie des Alpes, a renowned amusement park operator with international credentials such as Parc Astérix (30 km from Paris) and Walibi in France, was the main designer of this space.

Starting with the theme park, this space will be divided into four different settings. The project's creators are already imagining themselves there. They have created a guided tour of the future amusement park, complete with photos and commentary, to convey their vision.
