Located in Benslimane, 30 km from Mohammedia Royal Golf Club, L'échappée belle Benslimane is a 2.4-hectare guesthouse surrounded by nature. Featuring a garden, an outdoor swimming pool, free private parking, a terrace, and a restaurant and barbecue facilities, this 450 m² guesthouse has 3 bedrooms. Four 81 m² bungalows with a terrace designed for 4 people complete the accommodation offering. These bungalows offer a kitchenette equipped with a refrigerator and stovetop. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout. A vegetable garden is currently being created. L'Echappée Belle offers several activities such as hiking with a sports coach. Thanks to a 500 m² room, it is also possible to organize yoga classes or retreats as well as trambuildings for groups. The project developer plans a future one-hectare extension with an aquatic area featuring an 18-meter swimming pool, two small pools and an intermediate pool, a playground, and a 1,300 m² multipurpose room in the basement with a freight elevator. In addition, eight bungalows and two chalets are planned in two phases.
