What better time to enjoy a meal together than preparing and enjoying it!

Moroccan cuisine is considered one of the tastiest and most popular dishes. Freshly homemade dishes are still the order of the day in Moroccan homes and restaurants! Teams will be tasked with preparing a Moroccan meal from scratch. Some teams will be responsible for salads, others for tagines.

An appointment is made in the morning with the cooks of a large riad to receive the recipe that will be prepared. With a wicker basket and a shopping list in hand (written in phonetic dialectal Arabic), the teams go to the market. A small additional difficulty, they must not exceed the sum of money entrusted to them, nor the time allowed to make the purchases.

Back at the restaurant and the preparation of the dishes begins with the explanations and help of the cooks. Then comes the moment of truth: the tasting! Lots of laughter and sharing guaranteed, a moment full of colors and flavors. Medals and diplomas will be distributed at dessert and the kitchen apron can be taken home!
